Former Colchester United defender Harvey Araujo has joined Burton Albion for an undisclosed fee from Fulham. The 21-year-old, who made 31 appearances for the U's last season before his campaign was cut short in March due to a fractured cheekbone, has signed a three-year deal at the Pirelli Stadium, with the option of an additional season.

Burton head coach Gary Bowyer told the club's website: "We are pleased to be able to bring Harvey to the club. We are delighted to welcome Harvey Araujo, who joins from Premier League side Fulham for an undisclosed fee. The defender has been with the West Londoners for over a decade and is an England Under-18 international."
